My interest in Essential Oils began about 15 years ago. I would dabble, and read whatever I could on the subject. But I was working full time (at Half Price Books), and working two part time jobs (as a Wedding DJ and selling items on eBay), so I didn't have a lot of time.

Fast forward to 2010 when I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I cut back working, and I finally started making all natural cleaning supplies, and some health and beauty items.

My thought for this was, if I was subjecting myself to large doses of radiation, I wanted to be as healthy with the other chemicals that were coming into contact with my body.

A lot has changed since 2010. I'm in remission, my husband and I (and three cats) are living in a small town in Wisconsin, and I am only working one job at our local library. But not working three jobs makes me feel like I have too much free time, so I want to start giving back to others. I decided to do this by sharing my knowledge and love for making natural health and beauty items.

I am a Certified Aromatherapist through Aromahead Institute, and am currently enrolled to become a Clinical Aromatherapist.
I am also studying with the CommonWealth Center for Holistic Herbalism, on my way to becoming an Herbalist.

Every time I make an item for my friends, family, myself... and hopefully, now you, it brings me joy to know I am still here, and able to help others in a small way. Each purchase helps to keep this dream alive, and I am truly thankful for every day.
